Located in Miramar Beach across the street from the Silver Sands outlet mall, Shan Kishi is a hidden gem. They have an all you can order off the menu option available with many high quality choices. The 5 Ride highly recommends them as we love all you can eat restaurants and they are quite unique as everything is prepared to order. We recommend the fried oysters, soft shell crab, eel, as well as their assortment of sushi rolls. The fact that they have eel nigiri is enough for me to go. However, I would take caution as they will charge you if you don’t eat everything ordered. My suggestion is to order single pieces of nigiri and keep your orders small but frequent. I wouldn’t suggest ordering a bunch of large rolls. I made that mistake the first time I went and it quickly turned into the Shan Kishi food challenge.
